Note :- Candidates should report with the following documents/ fees/ any other documents :-

1.  Tuition Fees (Interim) Rs. 2,61,000.00
2. Caution Money Rs. 15,000.00
3. Original Documents as given on website www.sdk-dentalcollege.com. In case the       student has taken admission to any other College, he/ she should obtain Bonafide Certificate from the College and should produce at the time of admission to our College.
4. 3 attested Photocopies of the documents
5. 6 Passport Size Photographs
6.  2 Blank Stamp Paper of Rs. 100.00 each in the name of the Student

All the admissions will be provisional and subject to the availability of Seats.
